This kit contains:

The Interfit Cool-lite heads use daylight balanced fluorescent bulbs. This continuous lighting system runs cool, is noiseless and cheap to run.
The daylight balanced (between 5000 and 5200K) cold light source produces a soft uniform light ideal portraits and heat sensitive products.
