Ilfords medium speed Ortho film is rated at ISO 80/20° in daylight or ISO 40/17° in artificial light. It behaves in a similar way to that of their own FP4, but is without red sensitisation. Its particularly versatile because it can be processed to a range of contrasts, including high contrast. That said, this film is ideal for continuous tone copy work or line work for example. Ilford recommend this film for Photomicroscopy where detail is essential.
Also because it is without the red sensitsation its great if you are perhaps looking to create an 'old' or 'vintage' feel to your images. Its ideal because it is more a kin to the older blue sensitive films than newer panchromatic materials.
